Dedication
As I dedicate this book to God first, and then to everyone who had to work hard to pursue their dreams. And especially to anyone who suffers from stress and mental difficulties and still strives to persevere. I am reminded of my own journey and struggles while pursuing my dreams with the mercy and direction of God.
Throughout my life, I have faced many challenges and setbacks. I have always remained determined to pursue my passions and dreams. However, my struggles with difficulties have been a presence in my life, and it has often felt like an uphill battle to overcome. However, the proper use of medication including Abilify has enabled me to continue in my chosen dreams and passions and be a contributing member of the community and to society.
Despite challenges, I have found solace in writing and the creative process. It has been a source of comfort and healing for me, and it has allowed me to express my thoughts and emotions in a way that I could not have otherwise.
As I dedicate this book to those who have faced similar struggles, I hope that it can serve as a reminder that it is possible to overcome adversity and pursue your dreams, even when it feels like the world is against you. I hope that it can inspire others to keep pushing forward, even when the road ahead seems impossible.
God has been the inspiration in my life and served me well by his overwhelming mercy and direction. I owe thanks to many people for the accomplishment of this project. First, to the many people who contributed to the successes in my life, encouraged me to pursue my dreams and goals and helped me to carry out a life worth living. Especially to my parents, siblings, wife, family, and friends.
My parents and siblings provided me with education and life experiences and the freedom to follow my dreams. To my wife, Gloria, who provided love and encouragement throughout my life; and helped with suggestions and ideas for the writing of this book and provided me with the support that I needed. To my daughters, Dawn, and Laura, who always accepted me for who I am and supplied many years of happiness and joy in living life to the fullest. Also, to my cherished friends Mohan Grover, Gery Brownholtz, and Johanna Marceron who provided encouragement and feedback throughout the writing process.
